My Favorite Picture So Far

This is a picture I took last weekend at a marching band competition at Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Corona, California.  I really enjoy this picture because one: sun set pictures are the best, and two: it has many of the compositional techniques we are working on in class. Some of the techniques this picture includes are lighting, rule of thirds, horizon lines, and compositional lines.  It's cool how the the sun laminates over the houses, but they can still be seen clearly.  I like how the lighting give a warm, but intense feeling of competition inside. enjoy! :)
